We only ask for what we need to reply, quote and do the work. We never sell your details or use them for marketing you didn't ask for.

What we keep, and why
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, with any photos, so we can reply and arrange the job.
- The repair form: your name, number, home or site, the problem, and your location if you tap to add it. Used to arrange the repair.
- The detailed site report: your answers about the site, your name, and your number and email if you give them. Our team reads every report so we can prepare for a walk-round and a quotation. We only contact you about a quotation if you send the report for review.
- Customers: the details needed to run your home or site, bill you and keep records the law requires.
The legal basis is taking the steps you asked for before a contract, carrying out the contract, and keeping records the law requires.
Who handles it for us
Vercel hosts this website. Upstash stores site reports. WhatsApp, run by Meta, carries the messages you send. Our own office system holds customer records. Each only processes your details to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Site reports and enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after two years. Customer and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how we use them. Email help@cyprushappylife.com and we'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live, such as the ICO in the UK.
